Eligibility Criteria
Farmers must meet the following conditions to register:
- Indian citizenship.
- Valid Aadhaar number.
- Bank account linked to Aadhaar.
- Ownership or access to agricultural produce.
- Registration with a local APMC or willingness to register.
Registration Process
1. Visit the e-NAM Portal
Go to https://enam.gov.in/web.
2. Select ‘Farmer’ Registration
- Click “Registration” and choose “Farmer.”
- Select the relevant APMC from the list.
3. Enter Personal Details
- Full name, gender, date of birth.
- Aadhaar number and mobile number.
- Email address for communication.
4. Submit Bank Account Details
- Enter account number and IFSC code.
- Upload a scanned copy of canceled cheque or passbook.
5. Upload Required Documents
- Aadhaar card scan.
- Passport-sized photograph.
- Other documents as specified.
6. Complete KYC
- Temporary login ID and password are emailed after submission.
- Log in and complete APMC registration via dashboard prompts.
- APMC reviews and approves the application.
7. Confirmation and Access
- Permanent e-NAM Farmer ID and password are emailed post-approval.
- Farmers can now list produce, view real-time prices, and trade digitally.
e-NAM Mobile App
The e-NAM app allows farmers to register and trade in 11 Indian languages. Features include real-time pricing, online bidding, and direct payments.
